Samsung i9500 i9505 - not power on

Condition: Not power on
i9505 Board attached to power supply shows 0.05 A.
When power ON button pressed "A" not changing. stays on 0.05A.
How to find which capacitor is shorted,
maybe problem is in i9505 power IC ?
